Cornhole Canada is governed on a day-to-day basis by its appointed administration, and six volunteer Board of Directors, elected by the Member of Provincial/Territorial Associations.  Provincial/Territorial executives represent their Provincial/Territorial Associations at the General Meetings and establish all rules and regulations governing the sport.  These executives are volunteers elected by the players and leagues within each province.
